Narrowly missing out on a BIBAs trophy in 2022 did not deter last year’s Scale Up winners, Serconnect.
The Blackburn-based business used the 2022 disappointment to spur them on to victory – and they were impressed by the process.
“We saw the BIBAs as a great opportunity to acknowledge how much we’d achieved,” says office manager, Sharon Leary, “We wanted to recognise the whole teams’ effort at getting to that point.
“The application process gave us the chance to reflect on all aspects of the business and our achievements as a whole. We narrowly missed a win the previous year so were thrilled to win Scale Up and be highly commended in the construction category.”
