Every year, we host Lancashire’s top business awards ceremony, described by many as the ‘Oscars of the Lancashire business scene’.
Along with the awards presentations themselves and great entertainment, the BIBAs ceremony is famous for its exquisite food too – locally sourced where possible, expertly prepared by our appointed caterer, and served to perfection.
In their history to date, the BIBAs have served-up more than 13,000 delicious meals to entrants and guests!
Making sure every one of them is just right on the night is no mean feat, and performed with aplomb by the talented chefs and servers.
