You’re about to be interviewed by a panel of our volunteer judges, but who are they?
They’re business leaders, experts, successful entrepreneurs, and accomplished professionals from every sector of the Lancashire economy, who have given-up their valuable time to help pick our winners in this year’s BIBAs.
What’s more, they’ve all received training in our strict protocols that are designed to make sure the judging process is fair, objective and unbiased. They’ll each score separately and individually, and record these scores using our dedicated portal. Importantly, unlike other business awards you may be familiar with, they won’t go into a huddle to decide the winners – we don’t allow our judges to confer in case it influences some panel members and causes them to revisit their original scores.
