Our Family Business of the Year award is back for The BIBAs in 2021 to recognise firms where majority control resides within one family.
The category is open to businesses that can demonstrate and evidence sound financial growth, diversification and modernization, a clear vision for the long-term future of the business, including planned succession.
The judging panel will be looking for evidence of:
• Business growth
• A commitment to the local community including local job creation
• A vision for the next three to five years
• Proven success during the past 12 months
• Management with the ability to drive the business forward
• Succession planning
• Training & development
