The BIBAs Heroes 2020

The innovation and commitment shown by Lancashire’s business community during the Coronavirus pandemic will be recognised with a very special awards; The BIBAs Heroes.

From the awards known as ‘the one they all want to win’ in Lancashire, these special prizes will recognise the exceptional achievements of businesses who have tackled the challenges of the lockdown restrictions put in place by the pandemic have faced to all sectors of the economy.

We are asking for video nominations and submissions. You can nominate a business, business owner or employee. You can even nominate yourself.

We are asking you to submit a video no more than five minutes long which tells our judges the great stories of resilience, innovation and community spirit. We want to hear about those people who have gone above and beyond to support the business community.

What we are looking for:

If you are nominating a business owner for The BIBAs Heroes, we want you to answer these questions

  1. What is your name and who are you nominating?
  2. What the business is and how it has been impacted by the pandemic?
  3. How has the business changed or innovated to adapt to the situation?
  4. How has the business helped its people?
  5. Any outstanding stories of the business helping others?

Business Owner Hero

What we are looking for:

If you are nominating a business owner for The BIBAs Heroes, we want you to answer these questions.

  1. What is your name and who are you nominating?
  2. What has the business owner done which makes them stand out?
  3. How have they demonstrated strong leadership?
  4. What has their contribution been to their business during the period of the lockdown?
  5. How have they contributed to supporting the community?

Employee Hero

What we are looking for:

If you are nominating an employee for The BIBAs Heroes, we want you to answer these questions

  1. What is your name and who are you nominating?
  2. What has the employee done which makes them stand out?
  3. What has their contribution been to your business during the period of the lockdown?
  4. How have they contributed to supporting the community?
  5. Three words why they should win this award…
