What the judges are looking for

With the application deadline for the BIBAs 2019 now closed, we take a look at our 20 prize categories and give you an insight in to what our judges are looking for. Today, we look at the Service Business of the Year category…

The Service Business of the Year category was won by Preston-based Sunshine Events in 2018.

This year, the category is open to firms that can best demonstrate the delivery of innovative, upper quartile customer experience, adds a powerful unique selling point to its brand, leading edge technology and processes, measurement led performance improvement and highly skilled employees within its organisation.
The judging panel for this year’s Employer of the Year prize will be looking for evidence of:

  • The judging panel will be looking for evidence of:
  • Business growth
  • A commitment to the provision of excellent services
  • A vision for the next three to five years
  • Proven success during the past 12 months

 

The first round of judging for this category takes place on Monday, May 13 at the Blackpool offices of BIBAs organisers, the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.
