Double BIBAs winners VARS Technology faced a dilemma when they were up for some trophies.
But the answer was simple when it came to who to attend, they took everyone!
“It was also incredibly rewarding for our staff as we had offered anyone who wanted to attend a seat at the awards,” says John McVan, managing director, “eventually taking along 24 members of the VARS Technology team!
“When we started the process, we agreed that we would have done well to get a nomination in one category. We ended up nominated in three, and to win not one but two awards on the night was incredible.
“We have continued to grow rapidly and being able to tell potential new recruits that we were recognised as one of the best businesses in Lancashire is great.”
