“The BIBAs gave us a platform” – a winners story

Winning a BIBA can help improve many things for a business, from staff morale to a boost in sales.

And for one of the Class of 2026 it gave them much more, a platform to build their brand.

Natasha Langthorne, director of HEIR Salon, winners of last years Apprentice Team, said: The BIBAs gave us a platform. A place to advocate for the values we’ve built our business on. HEIR stands for continuing the work of those who came before us, and this award recognised exactly that.

“Clients are proud, our team is energised, and our apprentices finally feel seen for the role they play in shaping HEIR’s future.

The win was of course cause for celebration but It also became proof that what we do matters, and validation for the work-based model we’ve always believed in.”
