Special coaching for Judges

Judges selecting the winners of our awards will be given special coaching to ensure they are able to get the best out of our applicants.

We are holding interviews for its 18 prize categories on Zoom videoconferencing this year with restrictions in place to avoid the spread of COVID-19 meaning face-to-face interviews are not possible.

Each applicant will get one hour to present their business to the judges on a Zoom interview.

This year it will be more important than ever that our judges ask the right questions to get the most out of our applicants to help them present their business the best way they can.

That is why we will do everything we can to prepare our judges to help tease the right answers out of our applicants.

The awards will also not be hosting its second round of judging, The BIBAs On Tour, which would have seen judging panels visit each finalist at their business premises.
