The BIBAs was created when the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce and Business Link Lancashire merged their growing awards to create the county’s largest business awards competition back in 2008.
Since then, our guests have been entertained by some of the best-known artists at our annual ceremony.
Top-billing has been given to household names like Lulu, Jason Donovan, Petre André, Russell Watson, The Overtones, Westlife/Boyzone and Shane Richie.
