Good luck to all finalists

Every single finalist has done extraordinarily well to get to this point, and should be immensely proud. We wish them all the best for Friday!

Winning in the BIBAs is a major achievement.

The prestige that comes from scooping an award helps provide a competitive and reputational advantage, which is why the BIBAs are affectionately known as ‘the one they all want to win’.

Our volunteer judges have been telling us all year that picking the winners was very challenging in every category this year, simply because of the amazing talent on display.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all 160 finalists the very best of luck, and to thank them for taking part in 2023.

While there can only be 20 winners on the night, every applicant that made it through the initial sift, then two rounds of interviews to reach the finals, should be justly proud of their achievements in the competition.

You’ve all done exceptionally well when it’s come to showcasing your accomplishments, innovation, people focus, growth ambitions, and commitment to Lancashire. Take a little bow, you deserve it!

Who will you be rooting for this Friday in Blackpool?
