The BIBAs on Tour juggernaut will be making its final stops this week – and what a month it’s been!
After a month-long journey across Lancashire, the Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs) 2025 will have visited every sing finalist (sometime two or three times, and more!) in its quest to find “the one they all want to win”.
Throughout June, BIBAs judges have travelled the length and breadth of the county, visiting all finalists in their place of business, gaining an in-depth understanding of their operations, values, and impact on the local economy.
From start-ups and SMEs to well-established family businesses, leisure and low carbon enterprises, to major employers and exporters, every business has had the chance to shine in their own environment and tell their unique story.
Now, with all on-site visits complete, attention turns to the glittering ceremony on 19th September when the winners of Lancashire’s most prestigious business awards will finally be revealed.
All roads now lead to the world-famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom for when the cream of the crop will rise to the top and the class of 2025 will be named.
Babs Murphy, chief executive of the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, which organises the awards, said: “The BIBAs on Tour is what sets our awards apart – no other business awards programme invests the time and care to visit every single finalist in person.
“It’s a huge commitment from our judges and gives a real insight into the heartbeat of Lancashire’s business community.
“The passion, innovation, and resilience we’ve seen from our finalists this year has been exceptional. Every single one has something to be proud of. Now the wait begins, and we’re counting down the days to an unforgettable awards night in September.”
The BIBAs ceremony will take place at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom, Friday 19th September, where the winners in over 20 categories will be announced in front of a packed audience of business leaders, sponsors and VIP guests.
