“Investing in apprentices makes us proud” – a winner’s story

The Apprentice Team of the Year category is one of the most competitive at the BIBAs.

It’s about training the next generation and, in the case of last year’s winners, HEIR Salon and Education, ensuring the sector’s legacy.

Natasha Langthorne, owner of HEIR, said: “We invest in them, we plan around them, and we build systems that put their growth at the centre. Seeing that written down made us proud of the culture we’ve built.

“Employing, training, and developing young talent has gone beyond a job for us. It’s part of our mission, our brand, and our core beliefs. To be recognised for that was incredibly special.”
