Service sector success takes centre stage

Lancashire’s service sector has been a success story for decades, growing to become one of the biggest in the UK.

From professional services such as accountancy and legal firms to businesses leading the way in customer experience, technology and operational innovation, the sector continues to demonstrate the talent, ambition and expertise that drive growth across the county.

That combination of innovation and highly skilled people is exactly what the BIBAs service sector award celebrates.

The category recognises organisations that are not only delivering outstanding results but also creating a clear vision for future growth.

This year, award sponsors Delta Care are looking for ambition, foresight and commitment to excellence from the incredible finalists at this year’s awards.

Delta Care Ltd is one of the North West’s leading care providers, offering a full range of tailored services including home care, residential care, nursing care and adult day care.

Adam Baki, operations director, said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring this year’s BIBAs. As a past finalist, we know the feeling of applying, going through the process and being named on the shortlist — and it’s an incredible feeling.

“Last year our BIBAs journey took us to the very end at Blackpool Tower and we were delighted to be a finalist. This years finalists have also embraced the journey and I look forward to announcing the winner in September.”
