Scooping last year’s Skills Provider Award was a long-term project for Blackburn College.
And this year the East Lancashire educational establishment is back for more, hoping to get more success on the BIBAs stage.
Matt Robinson, executive director at the college, said: “Our motivation was simple: to benchmark ourselves against the very best and to shine a light on the impact Blackburn College has on learners, employers and the local community.
“The process forced us to be precise about our impact, evidence our claims and reflect honestly on outcomes rather than activity. It helped sharpen our narrative around what really makes a difference.
“The BIBAs are not just about winning; they are about reflection, challenge and growth.”
