The BIBAs on Tour has headed into its final week with judges visiting workplaces across Lancashire to meet the people and teams behind this year’s finalists.
This final run features Business of the Year, Low Carbon Business of the Year and Service Business of the Year, three categories that reflect a county that is ambitious, responsible and customer-focused.
Finalists will also get a chance to shine in the Family Business and Leadership Team of the year categories.
After weeks of conversations and behind-the-scenes glimpses, over 100 judges have embarked on a tour which has taken them the length and breadth of the county, visiting all sectors and showing Lancashire at its best.
Business of the Year remains one of the headline titles, recognising strong leadership, performance and the culture that helps companies grow and adapt.
Low Carbon Business, sponsored by Sustainable Energy First, celebrates organisations making sustainability part of everyday operations, from reducing emissions to improving efficiency and inspiring wider change.
Sponsored by Delta Care, Service Business of the Year shines a light on those where people, relationships and consistency make the difference, proving that great service is built on trust and attention to detail.
As the last visits take place, anticipation is building for the BIBAs ceremony at Blackpool Tower Ballroom on 18th September, when Lancashire will discover who takes home “the one they all want to win.”
