Sponsors of the interview stage of the BIBAs, North End Events, have laid on the boxes for when judges and businesses come face-to-face for the first time.
All 20 categories will be interviewed over a gruelling two days for the judges following their training a few weeks earlier.
This is the first stage at which the businesses will be marked before a Lancashire-wide tour of the finalists in June with the BIBAs bus ready to roll.
