While the BIBAs celebrate Lancashire’s rich business community it also helps support the next generation of leaders.
The BIBAs Foundation, managed by the Community Foundation for Lancashire, is dedicated to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among Lancashire’s youth.
Supported by BAE Systems, the Foundation aims to empower the region’s young minds.
Every year, thousands are raised from the kind donations of businesses from across Lancashire and distributed following the awards ceremony in Blackpool.
