“We experienced an infectious positive buzz as we progressed through the BIBAs process.
“This created an enhanced positive atmosphere within the organisation, lifting morale and creating a feeling of immense pride especially when the team was independently recognised for its hard work and achievements.
“And then to win… wow it takes a while to come down from the ceiling.
“It was a great opportunity to network and to celebrate the fantastic achievements of the very best of Lancashire business, judged by some of the best in Lancashire. It was all very professional, and certainly worthwhile.”
