The menu for this year’s Be Inspired Business Awards, The BIBAs, ceremony has been unveiled.
Designed by Paul Rowley, of Lancashire-based caterers Campbell and Rowley, it includes a blade of Lancashire beef and a dessert in honour of the ceremony venue, the Blackpool Tower.
Guests wishing to enjoy the vegetarian option or have food allergies should contact The BIBAs before the end of the month.
The menu is:
