The BIBAs dietary requirements

Guests attending this year’s Be Inspired Business Awards ceremony have just ten days left to make sure their dietary requirements are with the caterers.

The menu has been designed by Lancashire chef, Paul Rowley, using locally-sourced produce and guests have been asked to inform the organisers of their requirements by Friday, August 30.

The option suitable for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free guests includes a Mushroom and Spinach Wellington for the main course.
