Chemical Innovations of Bamber Bridge was the winner of the Business of the Year category at the BIBAs 2014.
‘Doing the right things’. That is how Chemical Innovation’s managing director Aissa Benarous described his business’ path to winning one of Lancashire’s most prestigious business awards.
The company collected the Business of the Year award at the Be Inspired Business Awards 2014 which were handed out in front of a full house at the iconic Blackpool Tower last September.
It followed what the boss described as “a comprehensive application process” five months before the awards ceremony which was followed by an interview and then a visit by the awards’ judges to the firm’s premises on the Walton Summit Industrial Estate.
Speaking after the awards, Mr Benarous added: “This is an important milestone on our path towards achieving the vision for our business, and is only possible thanks to the dedication, hard-work and commitment of our employees.
The company CIL is a manufacturer of the Cilbond range of chemical bonding agents, and has been based in Bamber Bridge, near Preston since 1977.
