The Lancashire companies which collect one of the county’s leading business awards will benefit from more than its iconic trophy, according to one of its key supporters.
Danny Houghton, of independent chartered accountants and business advisors MHA Moore and Smalley, said the winners of the Be Inspired Business Awards, The BIBAs, would benefit from joining an exclusive group of firms.
It is a partner of the BIBAs Academy, a unique package of masterclass lectures, growth workshops and behind-the-scenes visits which each of the awards’ category winners are entered in to.
Today, the finalists in the Professional Business of the Year category will receive a visit from their judging panel as the awards continues its unique second round of judging, The BIBAs On Tour.
Danny Houghton said: “We have been involved with the BIBAs Academy since it started, and we have seen the benefits it has brought to the Lancashire businesses which have got involved.
“To have access to pick the brains of business leaders who have been there and seen almost everything there is to see, or visit some of the county’s top firms is a unique opportunity which I would advise every winner to seize.
“Those who have taken the opportunity have seen benefits which have translated into real change in their own businesses, helping make the best in Lancashire even better.”
