More than 100 entries have already been received for the 20 prize categories up for grabs at this year’s BIBAs.
The applications have come in from more than 65 different firms based across Lancashire in less than a fortnight since they awards open for entries.
There are prize categories available to businesses of all sizes and sectors and to the individuals behind them.
However, any firm wishing to enter the BIBAs must be based in the County of Lancashire, as recognised by the Local Government Act 1972.
The act saw towns including Bolton and Wigan become part of Greater Manchester with Southport becoming part of Merseyside.
