A Blackpool businessman who has signed up to be a judge at The BIBAs has said he hopes to be able to share his own success will help inspire others.
Paul Fulcher, who runs Legal Cost Experts, is one of the Lancashire business leaders who will be picking the winners for one of our 20 prize categories.
He said: “I started my business on my own at a time when I was a one parent family at a time when I felt I could not make anything of myself, and now I have a successful firm employing people.
“I like to think that I can give something back to my fellow businesses in Lancashire by being a judge at The BIBAs.”
He said he would be looking for “originality, creativity, thinking differently and people who persevere and never give up” when he begins looking at applications.
The BIBAs has extended its application window until the end of July when judges will begin to review entries with the face-to-face interviews with shortlisted finalists getting underway in September.
