“We were in the ascendancy after some big client wins and we wanted to put our work to the test against the top talent across Lancashire.
“We wanted to challenge ourselves to see where we stacked up and also wanted feedback so we could learn and better ourselves.
“We were in a process of refactoring our approach to the typical digital agency model and this provided the opportunity to benchmark our ideas and strategies against an expert panel.
“We knew it was a chance to see how we could improve as a business, so we took the opportunity.
“The honest feedback impressed us a great deal. We particularly remember Norman’s (Tenray) views because they were so on point.
“We took all the information on board, we learnt from it, and we evolved.
“We don’t have an ego, so growing and improving is a big part of this philosophy – there is always room for improvement.”
