In the first four months since launching, the brand of the BIBAs 2014 has reached more than eight million people.
Our weekly press releases, newsletters and active social media channels are beaming the brand of the BIBAs, our sponsors and, of course, our nominees into the heart of the county’s business community.
In April alone, our @BIBAs2014 Twitter feed reached more than 1.96m people.
Babs Murphy, chief executive of awards organisers, the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, said: “We recognise that people are getting their news via a myriad of different channels today, and the BIBAs is no different.
“The statistics on our social media channels alone are second-to-none in Lancashire’s business scene and we are confident they will only get stronger as our big night in September approaches.
“Through our partnerships with established media such as the Lancashire Evening Post and Smooth Radio North West, social media and our own channels, we will continue to drive the BIBAs name further into the public consciousness.”
