What are the three main qualities you look for in any business/individual you visit as part of the BIBAs judging process?
Integrity and passion for the own business or field of work and pride in getting it right for the customer.
What would be the one piece of advice you would offer to any BIBAs applicant?
Just go for it. It’s great profile for a business of any size and, even if you don’t get through to the second round of the judging process, there is learning for the business from other fields and people that perhaps you wouldn’t otherwise have met.
