Celebrating the achievements of the creative sector

One of the fasting growing industry sectors  in Lancashire  is being honoured at  the BIBAs 2010.  Ranging from digital media and performing arts to music and arts-related tourism— a growing number of the region’s entrepreneurs are building business opportunities through their creativity.
