Terms and Conditions – The BIBAs

Entering the BIBAs couldn’t be simpler.  Just complete the application form(s), entering as many categories as you wish.  Do check the criteria for each award by visiting the RULES section. 

What are the BIBAs?
Our strap-line says it all “it’s the one they all want to win”. It’s a competition that recognises and rewards outstanding achievement. The BIBAs are open to all and we welcome applications from all business and sectors, regardless of size and industry. The process is unlike any other awards ceremony regionally, in that BIBA candidates really are judged rigorously, meaning you can be confident that, as a winner, you truly deserve it.

How do I enter?
To enter, you will need to complete an entry form and submit where it states  answers to  the criteria for the category you are entering.  The criteria can be found on the entry form(s)

What do I need to include in my entry?
Each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form.  You can apply for as many categories as you wish.  In the event of multiple entries please ensure that the relevant category sections are complete and, more importantly, the judges may  need documentary evidence – the facts and figures to back up your claim; so do include them.

Will entries be treated confidentially?
Absolutely!  All entries and information submitted to the BIBAs are treated in the strictest of confidence. Financial information is only seen by the judging panel and confidentially disposed of following the competition.

Will I only be considered for the categories I enter?
No. The judges retain the right to nominate you for additional categories that they may deem appropriate, you will of course be advised to see if your happy to be considered.

All entries must be submitted online to bibas@lancschamber.co.uk

Is there a fee to enter the awards?
Not at all – entering the BIBAs  is free of charge

Can I attend the awards?
Of course, as a finalist we’d expect to see you there.
