BIBAs background
The merger in 2007 of Lancashire's two premier business awards competitions created the county's most prestigious event to showcase the significant achievements of the Lancashire Business Community. It was a move that saw the largest and most high profile business event ever held in Lancashire.
In 2008 the awards ceremony was attended by over 750 representatives from local businesses alongside key dignitaries from across the county.
Put simply, The BIBA's are now the county's premier business competition. Year on year a record number of entries have signified the BIBA's as "the one they want to win" with winners becoming proud recipients of a handcrafted limited edition trophy specially designed by world famous sculptor - Charles Hadcock.
